Designed by BAHAUS, the Millennium Towers in Guayaquil are conceived as an urban oasis that blurs the boundary between exterior and interior spaces.

Located directly across from a public park, the design draws the surrounding greenery inward, extending nature into the heart of the project.
Comprising two distinct towers—one dedicated to offices and the other to residential use—both are unified by a shared design language that emphasizes openness, organic forms, and integrated green walls. Together, they create breathable, light-filled environments that enhance well-being and offer a refreshing sense of calm within Guayaquil’s dynamic urban context.
