For the Phase 1 Concept Design of this active retirement community in The Bahamas, our vision was to shape a place that celebrates the island’s natural beauty, relaxed pace of life, and inspired sense of possibility.

Drawing inspiration from resort-style retirement environments, the concept emphasizes spaces that foster activity, social interaction, and wellbeing. Thoughtful pathways, communal gathering areas, and amenity hubs encourage residents to stay active, connected, and engaged with both neighbors and nature. The architectural language reflects a timeless Caribbean sensibility — light, airy spaces, organic textures, and a palette inspired by sea, sky, and sand. Every built element is conceived to enhance comfort, tranquility, and visual harmony.
